Reserve your bike by following the steps below.
As a small company and in order to take care of our mechanics and guides we do have a 24 hr cancellation policy.
So long as you cancel prior to 24 hours before your scheduled time you will not incur any charges. Typically we'll charge 50% of the cost for cancellations within 24 hours of your start time and 100% of the cost for cancellations on the day of. Thank you so much for understanding.
If you need to reschedule you rental please call at least 24hrs in advance. We will do our best to reschedule based upon availability at no additional charge.
When you rent our equipment you agree to the cost of repair or replacement. Little scratches, nicks, paint chips, flats are o.k. It is the actual breakage, buckling, dents, cracks, or damage done to equipment that requires the replacement of parts or drastically devalues the equipment you are responsible for.
When renting our equipment you are agreeing to be accountable for the equipment if damaged or lost; you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs in such cases.
Free Delivery Range and Policy
We offer complimentary delivery for orders of $200 or greater with a 1 day rental period minimum. Delivery times and dates are subject to availability. Please call multiple days in advance in order to schedule deliveries. Someone must be present at the address at the scheduled delivery time. Our delivery range is a 15-mile radius from our shop which covers the cities of Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Summerland, and Carpinteria. For deliveries outside of our delivery range please call or email us for a custom quote.
*Note: Delivery to Refugio and El Capitan is currently unavailable. We are waiting for permission from the parks to deliver here as we have in the past.
